The house has been fully renovated and is now equipped with all modern comfort like central heating, television, shower, bath, kitchen, internet,...  There are two bedrooms and they each have there own wash basin.

At ground level there is a living room, kitchen with a place where you can eat, bath room,...

The upper floor has 2 bedrooms: one for 2 guests and a bigger one for 3 guests which has one double bed and a single bed.

You rent the whole house, independently of the number of people: e.g. the price won't change if you are alone, 3 people or 5 people.  But for your comfort we recommend a maximum of 5 people.  It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.  Although you can smoke outside.

Includes usage of water and electricity.

Not included is the heating of the house. This is charged by the actual usage.
