The studio is located in a separate building on the first floor with a surface of 70 m² for max 2 persons.

 

Along an outside staircase you go to the studio.

 

In the living area with chairs , seat , TV you have a view of the garden.

 

The small window gives a view of the courtyard with fountain and the vacation home ‘t Koetshuis.

 

There is an open fitted kitchen with extractor hood above the hob, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen mixer, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, crockery and kitchenware.

 

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer, toilet, bath and towel radiator. The bathroom has a ventilation.

 

The bedroom is located on the street side. Single bed 180/200 or 2 X 90/200 with a thickness of 22 cm ,2X duvets. The window can be tilted.

 

Fly windows and shuttles for the windows everywhere.

 

WIFI available. The code is given to you on arrival.

 

Extra: vacuum cleaner, drying rack and washing pins, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, garden furniture.

 

You can heat to your liking, be charged according to meter reading and at market rate.
